Details: Laurence Duggan charged with having a blanket in his possession the property of the Crown for which he could not account. Isaac Elliott stated....A blanket was stolen some time since, I found the one now before the court in the possession of the prisoner - it is that which was stolen. The prisoner states he had the blanket given to him by a person who has lately left the settlement. Sentenced to 50 lashes
